These platforms are a great resource as they allow you to locate disability housing in Victoria and other states across Australia.

Once you’ve found a house you like, contact us by filling out an enquiry form or calling us directly to book in an inspection of the home. From here, we assess your suitability for the home and ensure that you are supported throughout the entire process.

Depending on your plan, the NDIS will support you financially through the means of funding your accommodation. For example, if you qualify for short-term accommodation (STA) and it’s included on your plan, the NDIS will usually fund up to 28 days of STA accommodation per year. The selection of days is completely up to you however it is important to note that the NDIS will not fund more than 14 consecutive days in a row.
